Dila Hettiarachchi´s 23-year stint with Sri Lankan Airlines as a cabin crewmember, Purser and the Airlines In-flight Safety & Training Manager has given her a wealth of experience in setting standards for the service sector. Her ability to interact with people of all ages & diverse social backgrounds whilst being equally fluent in both Sinhala & English has been one of the reasons for her popularity as a trainer. Rozanne Diasz is no stranger to the fashion and beauty industry. Winning the Look of the year title in 1997 she entered the Modeling Industry and never looked back from there on. 

Under the guidance of the veteran Trainer and Choreographer Senaka de Silva she mastered the techniques of cat walk modeling and became Miss Sri Lanka for Miss Universe in the year 2005 and was placed 19th place in the International pageant. Counting over 12 years experience in the industry she is one of Sri Lanka's top most models. 

The Trainer and Choreographer for Miss Sri Lanka for Miss World 2007/08/09 Rozanne is also a popular Beauty show host on the most popular Television Channel TV Derana.


Ramani Fernando

Ramani Fernando Salons is the foremost chain of Hair and Beauty salons in Sri Lanka and are located in some of the most prestigious addresses in the country.  The Company has embarked on expansion in the South Asian region, and has salons in India and Bangladesh too, which are now recognized as leaders.

After an initial training- Ramani joined the Raymond´s Group in UK, another leading group, as a Junior Stylist and after working for a while returned to Sri Lanka.

Her first salon was just a small room in her home at Elibank Road with one cutting chair and an assistant.

  • Ramani has eight salons and an academy in Sri Lanka and has franchise salons in Bangladesh and India with a staff excess of 170.
